The Nuns of Tayul Gonpa

In 1976, Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo secluded herself for twelve years in a remote cave in Lahaul, Northern India. Before then, she practiced for six years with the small community of nuns of Tayul Monastery. In September 2010, Jetsunma led a group of supporters on Pilgrimage to her “Cave in the Snow”. This film captures Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo’s joyous reunion with her Dharma sisters, the nuns of Tayul Gonpa.
